Captiva Designs is not responsible for an improper fit due to incorrect measurements.  Please be as accurate as possible by closely following the instructions below.


Please measure while wearing the undergarments you plan to wear while performing.  Do not wear multiple layers while measuring, a leotard is best.  Do not add or subtract to your measurements; if you would like growing room in your costume, please discuss it with us and we will add the appropriate amount to your costume in the appropriate areas.
A. Bust: Measure around the body at the fullest part of the bust.
B. Waist: Measure around the body at the NATURAL waistline. This is between the bottom of the ribs and the top of the hip bones.
C. Hips: Measure around the body at the FULLEST PART OF THE BOOTY, NOT THE HIP BONE.
D. Girth: Measure the length of the torso by starting at one shoulder, going down the front of the body (and on top of the fullest part of the breast) between the legs (be sure that pants are pulled up), and up the back to meet at the starting point.  Do not press the tape measure into the small of the back.
E. Arm: Measure the length of the arm starting at the top of the shoulder and down to the wrist.
F. Inseam: Measure the inside length of the leg from the crotch (where the middle seam of a leotard is) to the floor.
